Sunblock, is used to block ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B from sunshine. UVA plays a role in skin aging and tanning while UVB causes sunburn.

 

Physical sunscreen

Physical sunscreens, as known as mineral sunscreens, aim to scatter ultraviolet rays. The most common components are Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. They are mild with low irritation, suitable for children. 

Chemical sunscreen

Chemical sunscreens are also called organic sunscreens, which can absorb ultraviolet rays. It utilises various ingredients to absorb UVA in the entire spectrum range.
