If you change your mind about a product you purchased from Monoasia, we will refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. You will receive the return label and detailed instructions from us via emails.
If you received Incorrect products, damaged products missing products caused by Monoasia Warehouse, we would organise a return, refund or resend the products for you, including paying the shipping costs, subject to the following conditions:
Once your request has been validated by us, we will help you to organise a return, refund or resend the products.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item via emails. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for the case of change mind. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For the case of damaged goods or any negligence of Monoasia, you do not need to pay for the shipping costs for return.
For the case of lost or damaged by our carrier partner such as Australian Post, Monoasia will help you with refund or resend the order and resolve the dispute with Australian Post together.
